Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Creator or Business plans?
Absolutely. Both the Creator and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial so you can explore every feature before committing. No credit card required to start.
What does the fit guarantee cover?
If your case doesn't fit your device perfectly — wrong cutouts, loose fit, or any mismatch — we'll send you a replacement at no cost. This applies to all plans, including Personal.
How does the revenue share work for Creators?
When a customer purchases a design from your storefront, you earn a percentage of the sale. Creator plan members earn 70% and Business plan members earn 85%. Payouts are processed monthly.
Do I need to hold inventory as a Creator or Business?
Never. ModelMatch is fully print-on-demand. We print each case only after an order is placed and ship it directly to your customer. Zero inventory risk, zero upfront cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Business plan customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
